One Place, Four Pieces
Starting a dealership involves several moving parts, and most people get stuck because those parts live in different places. We bring them together so you are not chasing four different vendors and a stack of forms you have never seen before.
We explain the process in plain language and help you assemble and organize what your application needs — wholesale or retail.

Learn More →We maintain the location and stay reachable after you are licensed. Your mail, your space, and your questions do not go to a call center.

Both are real dealerships and both need a qualifying business location. The difference is who you are allowed to sell to — and that changes what your setup looks like.
Available Now
Buy and sell to other licensed dealers and at dealer auctions. This is where most people start, and it is the space we currently have available.
Limited Space
Sell to the general public. We support retail licensing too, but retail locations at our facility are limited and may be occupied. If they are, we will tell you plainly and put you on the waitlist.
Not sure which one fits? Tell us what you want to build and we will walk you through the difference.
Nationwide Clients
You do not have to live in Wisconsin to work with us. We work with entrepreneurs across the United States — New York, Illinois, Texas, Arizona, Florida, California, Georgia and beyond — who establish their dealership using our Wisconsin dealer location.
Our facility sits at 807 Swan Drive in Mukwonago, Wisconsin. That is where your designated dealer office, your parking, and your business mail live. You keep living and working where you already are.
Licensing requirements vary by applicant and dealership type, and approval is always decided by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (DOT) Review Examiner — so we will be straight with you about what your situation looks like before you commit to anything.
Keep your home, your job, and your city.
Signage, mail, and the physical location details.
You deal with the person doing the work, not a queue.
We tell you what we can and cannot do up front.
The Location
A mailbox service will rent you an address. That is not what a dealership needs, and it is not what we do. Our clients get physical business infrastructure at a commercial facility we own and operate.
Your Choice
Some clients want to do their own filings. Others want it off their plate. Both are fine — you are not forced into one package.
You rent the dealer location and take care of your own business formation and application paperwork. We provide the location documentation you need from us.
See Dealer Office Rental →We assist with business formation, LLC documentation, dealer application preparation, document organization, and filing coordination — so the stack of forms is not your problem.
See Business Setup →We prepare and organize documents. We are not attorneys, we do not provide legal advice, and licensing decisions belong to the DOT Review Examiner.
The Process
Wholesale or retail — or tell us you are not sure yet and we will explain the difference.
Reserve your designated office and parking at our facility and sign the agreement.
Handle the paperwork yourself, or purchase our setup assistance and let us organize it.
Prepare and submit the required documentation. The DOT Review Examiner makes the decision.
Keep your qualifying location and our support in place while you run the business.
Why People Trust Us From 1,500 Miles Away
Most of our clients have never stood in our parking lot. That is exactly why we put the address, the phone number, and the person who answers it right in front of you.

807 Swan Drive, Mukwonago, WI 53149. A real commercial building with real offices and real parking — not a suite number in a mail store.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central. No call center, no ticket number, no chatbot pretending to be staff.
We will not tell you a license is guaranteed, because it is not ours to guarantee. We will tell you what we do, what it costs, and what depends on the DOT Review Examiner.
We are collecting reviews from clients who have completed the process. Verified reviews and testimonials will be published here as we receive them — nothing invented in the meantime.
Also Available
A professional business address with mail receiving and notification, forwarding options, and conference room access when available — for businesses that need a commercial address without a traditional office. This is separate from our dealer location service, which has its own requirements.
