DB Property Management Group Inc. exists because the hardest part of starting a dealership usually is not ambition or capital. It is finding a business location that works.
Why We Exist
A Location Problem, Not A Paperwork Problem
We kept seeing the same thing. People with a real plan to start a dealership — some with buyers already lined up — stalled at the same place: they could not put together a business location that satisfied a dealership requirement. A home address would not do it. A mailbox service would not do it. And commercial landlords are not eager to sign a short lease with a brand-new one-person company.
We already had the physical facility. So we built a process around it: designated offices, designated parking, signage, mail handling, and the location documentation people needed from us. Then we added help with the business formation and application paperwork, because the same people were getting stuck on that next.
That is the whole idea. We are not a property management company that happens to serve dealers. We are a dealer-startup resource that happens to own the building.

We own and operate the building. You can look up the address, drive to it, and see the parking.

You talk to the person handling your file. Not a chatbot, not a rotating support queue.

If space is full, we say so. If your situation looks complicated, we say that too — before you pay us.
No Guarantees We Can't Make
Licensing decisions belong to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (DOT) Review Examiner. Anyone promising you otherwise is selling something else.
Who You'll Be Working With
Bob Malasuk
Vice President — DB Property Management Group Inc.
Bob runs the day-to-day side of the business. He handles client paperwork and client communication personally, and when you call during phone hours, he is the one who answers.
That matters more than it sounds like it should. Most of our clients are hundreds or thousands of miles away and are being asked to trust a company they found online. Being able to call and get the same person every time — the person who actually knows the status of your file and what is happening in the building — is most of what trust is built on.
